Welcome to the Makin Memories’ home page. Both Jean and I are happy that you came by for a visit. We created this site both as a scrapbook and a travelogue so that we could keep track of our cruising adventures and also share them with others. Also, we added a page dedicated to Coins for Alzheimer Research Trust (C.A.R.T.) awareness. As ambassadors at-large for this worthy project, Jean and I raised awareness among the Rotary clubs we visited along our Great Loop journey.
When we finished the Great Loop, our plan was to continue to share our travel adventures and to further our outreach for CART.  We hope you enjoy our Loop story and the subsequent adventures we share with you.
